چکیده
Introduction. Bladder cancer (BCa) ranks 10th among all diagnosed malignant tumours. To date, radical cystectomy (RCE) with pelvic lymphadenectomy is the gold standard for treatment of aggressive forms BCa. The development minimally invasive technologies has contributed to active introduction robot-assisted interventions into surgical practise. RCE a modern and relevant method treating muscle-invasive BCa high-risk non-muscle-invasive Over past decade, many works have been accumulated that demonstrate success intracorporeal neocystis. Objective . analyse complications classified according Clavien-Dindo after cystectomies heterotopic neocystis based on single centre. Materials & methods From 2021 2022, retrospective study was conducted Bashkir State Medical University Clinics aimed at studying RCEs. group investigated consisted 200 male female patients an established diagnosis All were shown in volume by Bricker lymphadenectomy. Surgical intervention performed using DaVinci ® Si system. After 30 90 days, occurred ways correct them evaluated. Results Only 35 (17.5%) had 30-day complications, which grade I-III. Fourteen (7%) 90-day having II III degrees. Patients or during first days subsequently (p < 0.05). There no statistically significant differences between types degree subsequent Conclusion. Robot-assisted effective technologically advanced Our demonstrates low rates this intervention.

Robot-assisted laparoscopic radical cystectomy with complete intracorporeal urinary diversion
Robot-assisted radical cystectomy with intracorporeal urinary diversion (RARC-ICUD) has only recently been explored as a viable surgical option for patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer seeking satisfactory oncologic control while benefiting from minimally invasive surgical techniques. Inspired by earlier open and laparoscopic work, initial descriptions of RARC-ICUD were published in 200...
متن کاملIn-depth Critical Analysis of Complications Following Robot-assisted Radical Cystectomy with Intracorporeal Urinary Diversion.
BACKGROUND Robot-assisted radical cystectomy with intracorporeal urinary diversion (iRARC) is an attractive option to open cystectomy, but the benefit in terms of improved outcomes is not established. OBJECTIVE To evaluate the early postoperative morbidity and mortality of patients undergoing iRARC and conduct a critical analysis of complications using standardised reporting criteria as strat...
متن کاملRobot-assisted radical cystectomy.
Robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) has rapidly penetrated the field of urology since its inception in 2003. Several observational studies, retrospective reports, and three randomized controlled trials (RCT) have preliminarily demonstrated the safety and efficacy of (RARC). Additionally, results from the RAZOR RCT will be available in 2016-2017 to better substantiate the use of (RARC).

متن کاملA preliminary oncologic outcome and postoperative complications in patients undergoing robot-assisted radical cystectomy: Initial experience
PURPOSE Robot-assisted radical cystectomy (RARC) was originally intended to replace open radical cystectomy (ORC) as a minimally invasive surgery for patients with invasive bladder cancer. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the advantages of robotic surgery, comparing perioperative and oncologic outcomes between RARC and ORC. MATERIALS AND METHODS Between June 2012 and August 2016, 49 ...
